Current Experience

JTM Pro Sound, South Florida - Stage Manager

Responsible for touring artist integration, opener management, artist loading, stacking, and full-day show support and management. Routinely integrates and coordinates with tour management, touring stage and production managers, venue staff, tour and local lighting, rigging, fire and safety, and technical staff to ensure smooth and on-time progress for multi-day festivals.

  • Manage and coordinate multiple local and tour stage teams, ensuring seamless arrival, loading & deck times, sound check & doors times, and show cueing.

  • Routinely coordinate and facilitate multiple truck arrivals and departures of stacked tour crews throughout show days ensuring smooth loading across multiple nationally touring artists.

  • Assess and direct load management for FoH, Tour, Lighting, auxiliary, and reserve power distribution systems for both power generation units and grid-supplied power.

  • Coordinate with venue representation and management at stadiums, large venues, and fairgrounds, to ensure seamless execution of schedules and on-time show delivery.

  • Manage fire control regulations with marshals and safety crews, ensuring proper regulation of pyrotechnics, cryotechnics, and high-voltage lighting and specialty effects.

  • Identify and confirm rigging points for special effects, lighting, and LED/video walls.

  • Assess local venue technical specifics, coordinate lighting universes and addresses, video and audio systems, and locality-specific nuances such as RF issues, etc.

  • Manage day sheets, schedules, and assignments for local and tour personnel by department, serving as a central point for effective communication and

  • Write, manage, and provide production documentation, including stage plots, input lists, technical riders, day summaries, schedules, and handle all integration specifics.

Installation Technician

Extensive experience installing and configuring professional-grade line array, point-source audio and flown lighting systems for large-scale live performance environments. Skilled in the physical assembly of complex rigs, including structural mounting, cable management, and signal distribution. Adept at interpreting technical blueprints to deploy integrated AV solutions that meet high-performance standards and strict safety regulations.

  • Manage physical installation of professional-grade audio and lighting systems, ensuring all hardware is securely mounted and aligned with production specifications.

  • Manage complex signal and power distribution, including camlock feeder, audio and lighting cabling to ensure interference-free transmission across large-scale venues.

  • Implement systems based on technical riders, signal flow diagrams, and structural blueprints to accurately deploy designs into functional, high-performance systems.

  • Conduct audio and lighting system testing before, during, and after system installation, identifying and resolving signal bottlenecks or hardware malfunctions prior to live use.

  • Coordinate overhead rigging operations and structural assembly, strictly adhering to load-bearing limits and regional safety codes to ensure a secure environment for staff and patrons.

  • Perform routine maintenance and preventative troubleshooting on sensitive electronic equipment, significantly reducing system downtime and extending hardware lifespan.

Lighting Manager

Design, assemble, and manage complex overhead lighting infrastructures for large-scale concert productions. Translate production riders into functional, safe, and efficient flown truss systems. Proven ability to build and document expansive DMX and networked lighting universes, ensuring seamless integration and reliability for touring lighting designers.

  • Engineer and oversee the assembly of flown lighting trusses, ensuring all configurations met strict production requirements and weight-load safety specifications.

  • Manage DMX addressing and signal distribution across multiple universes, utilizing software and networked protocols to ensure stable communication between consoles and fixtures.

  • Document comprehensive system plots and patch sheets, providing touring LDs with precise documentation of the lighting universes to facilitate rapid show-file integration.

  • Coordinate the physical and digital hand-off to designers, troubleshoot hardware conflicts and signal bottlenecks in real-time to maintain production schedules and show execution.

  • Conduct the testing, addressing, and maintenance of intelligent lighting fixtures, ensuring 100% fixture functionality before, during, and after installation.

Patch Manager

Responsible for analog and digital stage patching for multi-day festivals and large concerts. Coordinate requirements with all local and touring acts, and manage timely changeovers between bands. Routinely runs multiple split systems in stack or side-by-side configurations. Manage input and output continuity to multiple monitor and Front of House worlds.

  • Design and document detailed input/output lists, patch diagrams, stage plots, and rack lists and manage labeling standards for rapid load-ins and rapid troubleshooting.

  • Lead audio patching and routing for large-scale concert productions, managing analog and digital signal flow across XLR, TRS, AES/EBU, and other integrated digital systems to ensure clean, redundant feeds for FOH, monitors, broadcast, and recording.

  • Troubleshoot complex audio issues under pressure to identify and address ground loops, clocking conflicts, phantom power, latency, and cable faults—using test gear, loopback diagnostics, and structured escalation.

  • Exceptionally adept at creating solutions in troubleshooting to ensure on-time show execution.
